Collgar Renewables operates Collgar Wind Farm near Merredin, the largest wind farm in Western Australia by installed capacity. We designed its first Sustainability Report: wide paddock spreads, clear highlight panels and data that put the farm, its people and its community up front.

The covers
The challenge
Collgar Wind Farm’s 111 turbines near Merredin can generate 222 megawatts, more than any other wind farm in Western Australia. For its first Sustainability Report, Collgar needed to set out its climate targets, governance and community work against the TCFD and SASB frameworks, in a report that landowners and locals could read as easily as investors.
What we did
We built the report around the place itself. Wide photographs of the wind farm and the people who live and work beside it open each chapter, framed in rounded panels with a clipped corner. Collgar’s greens carry the highlight panels, diagrams and charts, so the data reads at a glance.

Chapter spreads
Each chapter opens on the wind farm: turbines at dawn and dusk, crew on top of a nacelle, sheep grazing beneath the towers and a local farming family, all set in the same rounded frame.

Graphics & diagrams
Values, history, governance and community funding drawn in one style: flat greens on white, simple icons and the same rounded, clipped-corner panels as the photography.

Highlights & data
The year’s headlines lead the numbers: six highlight panels in lime, green and navy, then material topics, workforce data and Collgar’s roadmap to full ASRS reporting.
The result
A first Sustainability Report that reads like Collgar: rooted in the Wheatbelt, proud of its community, and clear about its path to net zero by 2035.
One wind farm, one community, and a clear story of where it’s heading.
