Jarrimber handcraft solid timber furniture in Perth, from WA Marri and Jarrah. We gave their craft the content, website and marketing to match: one connected system, from the first scroll to the showroom floor.

The challenge
Jarrimber’s furniture spoke for itself in the showroom, but too few people saw it before they walked in. The marketing was ad hoc, and online the brand didn’t reflect the quality of the pieces or the people making them.
What we did
We started with what people could see: product photography and short social reels that show the timber, the grain and the hands that shape it. From there we redesigned the Osborne Park showroom, built a new website where people can browse by room and timber or start a custom piece, and set up email marketing and paid social so each part feeds the next.

A crafted identity
A single J, drawn in URW Classico and set in a circle like a maker’s stamp, signs every piece. Warm greys taken from paperbark and stone sit beside two Murchison blues, with Söhne keeping the detail calm and Presicav carrying the labels.

Brand film
Provenance follows a Jarrimber piece from WA timber to finished furniture. The film shows what photos alone can’t: the grain, the tools and the care in every joint. It anchors the story on the website and cuts down into reels for social and ads.

Product photography
Every piece was shot in the same hard afternoon light, on plinths and concrete, so the grain does the talking. The photography now runs through the website, the newsletters and the ads.

Edition Three / Dining chairs

Edition Four / Bathroom vanities
Email newsletter
Notes from the Workshop is a monthly email that keeps Jarrimber in mind between showroom visits. Each edition opens with news from the workshop, then features one collection, a story about the timber and a word from a happy customer.

Website
The new website lets people browse by room and by timber, see each piece in the light it was shot in, and start a custom order from any product. It reads just as well on a phone as on a desktop.

Paid ads
Meta campaigns put the furniture in front of people before they reach the showroom. Short films take each piece from the WA bush to the bedroom or dining room, and clean product ads let the timber do the selling.
The result
Jarrimber’s audience has grown, and so have enquiries and sales. The brand now looks as considered as the furniture: online, in the inbox and on the showroom floor.

“Curve got our marketing moving. Product photography and social video reels got us noticed, then a showroom redesign, new website, email marketing and paid social all started working together. Our audience has grown, and so have enquiries and sales. Rich has been a pleasure to work with.”
